The CLTCC Foundation

The Foundation's Mission:

"The CLTCC Foundation’s Mission is to fund and invest in the needs of CLTCC 
through partnerships and relationships."

The Foundation's Vision:

“The CLTCC Foundation’s Vision is to support the creation of a sustainable 
workforce (with high wage, high demand jobs and careers for today and the 
future) across Central Louisiana.”

Central Louisiana Technical Community College's Foundation seeks to support the college in training and building the workforce in Central Louisiana for today and the future. Founded in 2021, the CLTCC Foundation was pioneered by inaugural members Mr. Jim Clinton (President), Ms. Connie Baker (President-Elect), and Ms. Julia Callis (Secretary/Treasurer) who partnered with CLTCC leaders Dr. Jimmy Sawtelle (Chancellor) and Dr. Heather Poole (Executive Vice Chancellor of Academics & Student Affairs, Director of Foundation Relations). The Foundation was awarded 501(c)(3) status in 2025.
